Although I come from an analytical background, spirituality and energy healing is my calling. I believe we have come here to experience life and to choose the reality what we want.
Years ago, I dove into personal development to heal myself from a past situation and feel like me again. Going back to childhood through my timeline showed me how I attracted that situation and most importantly, how I wasn't loving myself! Today, I have the tools to release past energy and beliefs to show up in life as I desire.
Subconscious beliefs and trapped energy make us feel like we have no power and that we're victims to our circumstances, but that's where I come in! With my various modalities and intuition, I help women uncover and release old stories holding them back in life so that they can Accent their Flame!

Just had my Wounded Aspects clearing session with Lauren and it was amazing. Something that I do not recall if I have done before but I can say it was really good for me. I have learned the importance to apologise to my own self and set my wounds free to live and laugh again in a more healthy and compassionate way. I feel like this wounds have been healed and I am ready to surrender to the journey without unbalanced emotions. Thank you so much for this moment. I did an energy clearing with Lauren and found it to be so helpful! I realized there’s still some inner child work for me to do and I found the technique that Lauren used to be helpful in accessing some subconscious memories that needed to come to my conscious mind. This type of work can be uncomfortable, but Lauren helped me to feel at ease. I’d be happy to do a session again and delve deep with her again.
